Behind the DJ Booth was recently invited to attend a wedding industry event at Colleen Kaufman's home to celebrate her newly launched re-brand (CAKE Event Company) as well as meet and mingle with other wedding industry professionals.
She loved the music I was playing and the the different upbeat genres I mixed. At the end of the evening, she ask if I could make a few mixes to play for her dance and fitness students. I was flattered considering many of their students have performed at "Star Search" with Ed McMahon, "America's Most Talented Kids", "So You Think You Can Dance" and have appeared in many music videos.
