Downtown Los Angeles
Plan your Los Angeles wedding by starting with the best locations. The Hudson Loft and Hudson Twenty are two great spaces that offer the perfect blend of modern, clean lines and historical details that create a space that quietly speaks of a long history in the background.
The Hudson Loft is located in Downtown Los Angeles on the corner of Hope Street and Grand Avenue offering a 14,000 square-foot, roof-top panorama of the city. The historical building's main loft is 3,600 square feet with floor-to-ceiling windows framed by exposed brick. The large space allows for dinner and dancing.
For large weddings, the whole loft space is used to handle each event; the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.
If your event or reception isn't quite large enough for the main loft, don't worry—there are other lofts that will fit your needs. You can choose which loft fits your needs either by the view you'd like your guests to enjoy or by the number of guests you're expecting.
The White Loft
The White Loft is simple and stylish. True to its name, it's walls, ceiling, and columns are all painted white. As soon as you walk in, the eye is drawn to the focal point of the room—the multi-paned windows that are reminiscent of days past.
The Black Loft
The Black Loft is a smaller space at just under 1,400 square feet. It offers a dark backdrop lit by natural light from the window overlooking the street.
The Corner Loft
This loft is a light, open space with an abundance of natural light. The wall of windows give a great view of the city.
Hudson Loft offers many options from which you can choose. You can even choose a smaller space for cocktail hour while your larger reception area is receiving the finishing touches. The abundance of natural light throughout the venue combined with the exposed brick, concrete, clean lines, and juxtaposition of chic style and rough industrialism give the entire space a sophisticated style that's hard to beat.
The Hudson Twenty was originally the Hudson Motor Car dealership in the 1920s. The space is full of airy space with 19-feet high ceilings. The ground floor and mezzanine still showcase the original tile and wood flooring that was installed in the 1920s. With over 8,000 square-feet, the space has plenty of room.
Two blocks from the Staples Center and LA Live, both venues are perfectly positioned in Downtown LA.
Original wood and tile floor, warm wood accents, a beautiful staircase, floor-to-ceiling windows, columns trimmed in crown molding—Hudson Twenty offers timeless elegance and sophistication.
